REQUIREMENTS
- Duly Accomplished Dual Citizenship Application Form.
- Original Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), plus three photocopies. (In case the PSA does not have a copy of the applicant's birth certificate and issues a Certification stating so, the applicant should submit this along with their original birth certificate issued by the local civil registrar of the Philippine municipality where they were born, plus three photocopies).
- Latest Philippine passport, if available, plus three photocopies of its data page;
- Original of Certificate of Naturalization as a Greek/Cypriot/Macedonian citizen with English translation, plus three photocopies;
- Foreign passport, plus three photocopies;
- Three (3) recent ID photos (colored with white background, sized 2” x 2”). Please do not affix the photographs on the application form.
- Original Marriage Certificate issued by the PSA, for married female applicants: plus three photocopies;
- Original Death Certificate of spouse, if applicable, plus three photocopies;
- Original Divorce Decree or PSA Marriage Certificate with Annotation on Divorce or Annulment , if applicable, plus three photocopies.

Submit application via email with one clear copy each of the documentary requirements listed to dualcitizen@philembassy.gr for pre-assessment

The Civil Registry Unit assesses the completeness of the emailed submission
Step 3
Once the emailed documents are determined to be complete and in order, the applicant sets an appointment

Proceed to the Consulate for oath-taking on the appointment day and timeBring original documents and two copies of required documents, including required photos

Pay the processing fee of €45.00 and €22.50 per child
