Marriage License
(For Filipinos to be married at the Embassy)
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS
- Application for Marriage License
- PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate of applicants (Bride and Groom)
- PSA-authenticated Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) of Filipino applicant/s (Bride and/or Groom)
Note: CENOMAR should be valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance.
- Valid passport (original and photocopy)
- 3 pieces (passport-size picture white background) for each of the contract parties
In case one of the contracting parties is a widow/er
- PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate of spouse
- PSA-authenticated Death Certificate of spouse
- PSA-authenticated Marriage Certificate
- PSA-authenticated Advisory on Marriage
In case one of the contracting parties is annulled/divorced
Note: Additional document/s may be requested by the Consular Assistant

FEES
An announcement will be posted at the bulletin board of the Embassy for 15 calendar days before a marriage license will be issued.
The license shall be valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of issue, and shall be deemed automatically cancelled at the expiration of said period if the contracting parties have not made use of it.
