Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage
(For Filipinos marrying Foreigners or Marriages to be solemnized outside the Embassy between Filipinos)
REQUIREMENTS FOR FILIPINO APPLICANT/S
- Application for CLCCM
- PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate of Filipino applicant/s (Bride and/or Groom)
- PSA-authenticated Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) of Filipino applicant/s (Bride and/or Groom)
Note: CENOMAR is valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance.
- Valid passport (original and photocopy)
- 3 pieces (passport-size picture white background) for each of the contract parties
In case one of the contracting parties is a widow/er
- PSA-authenticated Birth Certificate of spouse
- PSA-authenticated Death Certificate of spouse
- PSA-authenticated Marriage Certificate
- PSA-authenticated Advisory on Marriage
In case one of the contracting parties is annulled/divorced
Note: Additional document/s may be requested by the Consular Assistant
FOR APPLICANTS BETWEEN THE AGES OF EIGHTEEN (18) AND TWENTY-ONE (21)
FOR APPLICANTS BETWEEN THE AGES OF TWENTY-ONE (21) AND TWENTY-FIVE (25)
