Are you travelling to the Philippines soon?
Here are the following information you need to know:
(Based on IATF Resolution No. 2, Series of 2022, dated 4 October 2022)
For Filipinos and foreign nationals aged 15 years and older whose vaccination status are the following:

Fully vaccinated
(Received the second dose in a 2-dose series or a single dose COVID-19 vaccine more than 14-days prior to the date and time of departure)

Present any of the following proof of vaccination:

  • WHO International Certificate of Vaccination and Prophylaxis;
  • VaxCertPH;
  • National or state digital certificate of the foreign government (such as Certificate from Notarise SG with QR Code); OR
  • Other proof of vaccination permitted by the IATF.

NOTE: Pre-departure testing for fully vaccinated travelers is not required.

Unvaccinated, partially vaccinated, or whose vaccination status cannot be independently validated

Present a remotely supervised/laboratory-based Antigen Test Result administered and certified by a healthcare professional, taken within 24 hours prior to the date and time of departure.

  • Travelers who fail to present a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test result shall be required to undergo a laboratory rapid antigen test upon arrival at the airport.
  • Any inbound traveler, whether Filipino or foreign national, who shall test positive for COVID-19 through rapid antigen test, shall be subjected to the latest prevailing quarantine and isolation protocols of the DOH.

Accompanied minors below 15 years old who are not vaccinated shall follow the quarantine protocols of the parent/s or guardians travelling with them.

Unaccompanied minors below 15 years old who are not vaccinated shall follow the protocols applicable to an adult traveler.

To avoid any inconvenience upon arrival in the Philippines, ALL travelers* are strongly encouraged to accomplish the eARRIVAL CARD within 72 hours prior to departure from port of embarkation. (https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph).
Exemption: foreign diplomats and their dependents, foreign dignitaries and members of their delegation and 9(e) visa holders.
Additional requirements for foreign nationals:
Always check the validity of your passport before booking your flight:
  • Passport valid for at least six (6) months at the time of entry;
  • Valid visa, if applicable (for those not entitled to visa-free entry, as well as those with immigrant/non-immigrant status)
  • For temporary visitors: valid onward/return ticket to port of origin/next port of destination corresponding to allowable period of stay

Exemptions: foreign spouses part of EO 402 and/or children of Filipino citizens traveling with them; and former Filipino citizens with Balikbayan privileges under Republic Act No. 9174, including their spouse and/or minor children who are traveling with them.

All the foregoing is without prejudice to applicable laws, rules and regulations in immigration formalities.
eARRIVAL CARD
  • In response to the IATF directive the One Health Pass has been officially replaced with the electronic ARRIVAL CARD (eARRIVAL CARD). 
  • To avoid inconvenience upon arrival, ALL travelers are encouraged to fill out and REGISTER their eARRIVAL CARD within 72 hours prior to departure from port of origin. 
  • Registration is FREE OF CHARGE and neither require nor collect any online payment. BEWARE of fake, fraudulent, or scam websites and entities who require payment from the travelers.
