There will be a Sunday Passport Service on 12 March 2023, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm for the benefit of Filipinos in Athens requiring passport services.

It will be held at Migrant Workers Office (MWO), Megalou Spilaiou 10, Athens, Greece. Deadline to secure appointment is on 02 March 2023.

APPOINTMENTS for applications for new passport, renewal of passport, lost passport and change of name can only be obtained through this link: https://www.passport.gov.ph/.  Please see the step by step guide on how to book an appointment.

IMPORTANT: Please confirm your appointment within one hour of receiving the first email, otherwise you will lose your appointment. Do not make more than one appointment for the same person.
 
    1. Passport applicants 18 years old and above should bring the printed application form received through their email address, original passport and a copy of the data page of their passport and their own pen during their appointment. 
    2. Passport applicants who are less than 18 years old (minors) must bring the following documents: 
      • printed application form received through the email address provided
      • original and copy of passport data page of the mother
      • original passport copy of passport data page of the minor (if any)
      • original and copy PSA-issued Birth Certificate or Report of Birth of the minor
      • Special Power of Attorney executed by the parent/s and a copy of passport or valid government-issued ID of the authorized adult companion (if accompanied by an adult other than the parent)
    3. Passport applicants with lost passports or who wish to change to their married name must bring the following documents:
      • printed application form received through their email address
      • copy of passport data page, PSA-issued Birth Certificate, and PSA-issued Marriage Certificate or Report of Marriage (for those with husband’s surnames)
      • For those with lost passports, additional requirements include a police report in English (if lost passport is valid) and Affidavit of Loss in English.

For the safety of all applicants and in compliance with the regulations on physical distancing and restrictions on the number of people in enclosed spaces, all services to be rendered are by appointment only. Moreover, applicants must present:

    1. A certificate of full dose vaccination with booster dose (3/3) (2/2 for single dose vaccine);
    2. If certificate of vaccination with booster is not available, a negative Covid-19 test to be presented which may be:
      1. Negative Rapid test taken within 24 hours; or
      2. Negative RT-PCR Test taken within 48 hours of the appointment.

In addition, all visitors and clients inside the premises must observe the following safety protocols:

    1. Observe physical distancing;
    2. Wear face masks at all times, and
    3. Disinfect hands.
