Dual Citizenship (R.A. 9225)
REQUIREMENTS
  • Duly accomplished Dual Citizenship Application Form
  • Original Birth Certificate authenticated by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and three (3) photocopies. (In case of no birth record at PSA, an original birth certificate issued by the Local Civil Registrar must be provided).
  • Latest Philippine passport
  • Original of the certificate of naturalization as a Greek/Cypriot/Macedonian citizen with English translation
  • Foreign passport, if available
  • Three (3) recent ID photos (sized 2”x2” colored, white background)
  • For married women, original PSA-authenticated Marriage
  • If widowed, Certificate Original Death Certificate of spouse (if available)
  • If divorced or annulled, original Divorce Decree or PSA-issued Marriage Certificate with annotation on divorce or annulment
NOTE: You may request PSA-Authenticated copy of the Birth Certificate, Marriage Contract, Death Certificate at www.psaserbilis.com.ph Civil Registry

Get your Certificate from PSA
Need a birth certificate, marriage certificate, death certificate, or CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage Record) ?

Request these documents online from PSA (NSO), for delivery anywhere in the Philippines or abroad. Just visit https://www.psaserbilis.com.ph/#! or click the icon below.

Submit application via email with one clear copy each of the documentary requirements listed to dualcitizen@philembassy.gr for pre-assessment

The Civil Registry Unit assesses the completeness of the emailed submission

Once the emailed documents are determined to be complete and in order, the applicant sets an appointment

Proceed to the Consulate for oath-taking on the appointment day and timeBring original documents and two copies of required documents, including required photos

Pay the processing fee of €45.00 and €22.50 per child
